WELCOME CAMP WEED CAMPERS
The 2012 Camp Weed Staff is looking forward to another great summer. We are excited that you are planning to attend camp with us. From this page you can locate the Physician's Medical Form, Parish Scholarship Form, What to Bring to Camp list, and you can connect to the Online Registration Process. You may also connect to the Leader-In-Training program for 10th-12th graders.
All campers will be required to have a medical examination within 12 months of attending camp. The last page of the form must be completed and signed by a licensed medical doctor. This form will be emailed to you upon completing the online registration process.
If you plan to request a scholarship from your parish, you must complete a separate form for each camper. Your priest's signature is required. This form will be emailed to you if requested on the online registration.
Senior High campers interested in serving as a LIT must attend St. Matthew session to be eligible. You will find the application on the LIT tab.
We are continuing to register for all camp sessions through an online registration process. It is user friendly and will make enrolling for several sessions much easier. Once your information is in the system, you can add a camper or a second session without having to fill out more paper work. Just type a name and click a few buttons and it is done. If you need help registering online, please see your youth leader.
