WELCOME CAMP WEED CAMPERS
The 2010 Camp Weed Staff is looking forward to another great summer. We are excited that you are planning to attend camp with us. From this page you can locate the Physician's Medical Form, Scholarship Forms, What to Bring to Camp list, and you can connect to the Online Registration Process. You may also connect to the Leader-In-Training program for 10th-12th graders.
Beginning this year, all campers will be required to have a medical examination within 12 months of attending camp. The last page of the form must be completed and signed by a licensed medical doctor. This form will be emailed to you upon completing the online registration process.
If you plan to request The Bishop's Scholarship and/or a Parish Support Scholarship, you must complete a separate form for each and return them to the Diocese office by the deadline date. These forms will be emailed to you if requested on the online registration.
The CIT program has had a face lift and is now called the Leader-In-Training program. Check out the new information.
We are now registering for all camp session through an online registration process. It is user friendly and will make enrolling for several sessions much easier. Once your information is in the system, you can add a camper or a second session without having to fill out more paper work. Just type a name and click a few buttons and it is done. If you need help registering online, please see your youth leader.
