ON-LINE REGISTRATION
CAMP WEED 2012
All summer camp registration this year will be done online. This helps us better manage registration, payment, and provides a single point of contact for camper information. In addition, registration must be completed one week prior to the start of the camp session or a $50 late registration fee will apply.
Once you register a camper, your contact information is saved. Registering a second camper is a snap! You will only need to enter a few specifics about your new camper.
Please have your credit card or checking account number available when registering. Payment may be made in full, partially paid or you may choose to pay later. You may also add a Camp Weed T-shirt, a Crazy Creek Chair, and Canteen money for snacks to your order. Get it all done in one place, and save time at check-in! You may edit your account or add items or payments at any time. Please remember your login id (email address) and password.
Several points of interest:
You must enter at least two names of persons who may pick up your child at the end of the session including yourself. It is preferable that you list several and include phone numbers.
Clicking ‘yes’ to the Parish Scholarship form will add the appropriate form to your confirmation email. You must have the form completed and signed by your priest.
Your Medical Form will be emailed with your confirmation. ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL AND THE FORM SIGNED BY A LICENSED PHYSICIAN EACH YEAR. In order to avoid the long lines, send medical forms to the Diocesan Office at least two weeks prior to arriving at camp.
