Richard will lead a program on life in middle school, and despite the fact that we are all merely a tiny spot living on a tiny spot, orbiting a tiny spot in our galaxy, that God cares enough to count the hairs on each of our heads. Activities will include all camp "alien" games, and an evening of telescopic star gazing.
Camp St. Christopher
July 15-20, 2012
Rising 10th-12th grades
Dean:
Fr. Rich Clark, Chaplain, Episcopal University Center, University of Florida
Camp St. Christopher is a popular adventure camp we are offering again. High school campers will head out on an adventure of teamwork and self-reliance. Campers will work together to navigate the Suwannee River, camping along the way, planning their own meals, and depending on one another. "Rev. Rich" will lead devotions on how to "stay in the boat" as they look forward to life on their own. This camp session includes a night of preparation at camp, 4 nights on the river, and an evening to rest and reflect on the experience before going home. State Park space and canoe availability mean that we can only take 12 campers, so sign up soon!
